• Saturday February 8, from 8.00_am to 2.00_pm

ATTENDANCE

Attendance to the Symposium is open to Dentists, Doctorate degree Students; those attending the Post-graduate Course of Odontostomatology and Students attending the faculty of Dentistry and Prosthodontics.

Registration includes: participation in the scientific sessions, coffee-breaks, lunch (Friday the 7th), congress material and bag and attendance certificate

Cancellation of registration

If you are unable to attend the event, you have to cancel sending your request to: [email protected]

The following reimbursement criteria will be observed:

• • Within 30 days from the beginning of the event: an amount of € 30 for administrative expenses will be withheld from the registration fee paid.
• • With request sent less than 30 days no refund will be possible.

CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE

All those registered will receive an attendance certificate from the Secretariat by e-mail within 15 days from the closing date of the Symposium.

COFFEE BREAK/LIGHT LUNCH

Coffee breaks and lunch (Friday the 7^th)  will be served in the Exhibition area at the times indicated on the program.

EXHIBITION AREA

There is a technical-pharmaceutical and scientific publication in the area called “Passi Perduti” at the Congress venue.

ITALIAN CME

The Congress will be accredited by the Italian Ministry of Health for Graduate Dentists.

LANGUAGES

The official languages of the Symposium are English and Italian. Simultaneous translation will be provided from Italian to English and vice versa. Headphones can be picked up at the dedicated desk located on the ground floor of the venue. A valid I.D. will be requested to pick up the device. The service is free of charge.

NAME BADGE

Your name badge will be handed out at the Secretarial desk upon registration. This badge allows access to all sections of the Symposium. Please wear your badge at all times and show it to the authorized personnel at the Palazzo dei Congressi entrance and the Auditorium.
